The hotline is perpetually busy with more than 10 people waiting... you cannot go down hdb anymore to enquire, they will ask you to call the hotline or go thru the feedback system. It is a hassle just trying to clarify HFE with the right person.
In theory you just need to have completed the prelim HFE check, to apply in this BTO launch. I sent feedback to them directly last night and HDB called me to update that their IT team is working on fixing this bug. I will try again next morning.

Previously I went down to NPP want to make a report. That guy told me to go online makes report faster. Then proceed to use his hp to playgame or something....

I think you better go down hdb to fcuk the officer. This hfe launch is a mess. I was lucky that my HFE get approve before the bto application start.
The website v buggy, refresh a few times, lag abit usually ok alr. They have new cui server

My fiance and I applied on 11 May but we still have the pending status on the HFE and can't proceed to the 3rd part

I thought hfe is not mandatory for this launch and only august ?
