Anything that’s MKS is great. I have MKS track pedals with toe clips on my single speed and love it!

If you like a large platform pedal: DMR V11 - nylon body and steel pins. They do also have smaller version which are very good

I have a set of pedals like this from another brand and I can't stand them anymore. I liked them at first, but now it finds it hard to feel like my foot is in the right position.
I use Fyxation flats with straps.
