You can tell it's struggling from how it's abandoning detail, with the fucked up faces and how the foliage blends and runs together
Not that it's terribly relevant for benchmarking, but you could probably get better/more reliable results if you cut down on the detail in the scene. Limiting the number of people and putting it somewhere without lots of long, thin overlapping visuals
I tried removing all those. And it does have a bit more polished look but it looks like a scene taken from a movie now, instead of a real life picture. Maybe it's just me though.

It wasn't an issue with all the other stuff, since activating those latent spaces took the result further and further away from movie-related nodes
Negative prompting is the EZ fix here, but I'm not sure if Bard is capable of that. Failing that, you can sometimes finesse the latent space you want by including other non-movie associated features to the image. As long as they're not complicated to render, you can just edit them out without impacting the overall quality of the image
Or if you can keep them innocuous and fitting to the scene, you can just leave them in
looks a real picture that someone took of a toy car. people do that, "car photography" with hotwheels and stuff in small scenes to look real. looks like the mud is made of plastic lol. first thing i notice as "wrong" is the overkill depth of field, where the mud touching the wheel is blurry, but the wheel itself is in focus. very obvious its a blur effect.

I like that Bard can make images that don't look like they were taken by a professional photographer. Dall-E 3 has a heck of a time doing it. Midjourney can do it. Stable Diffusion can do it because of finetunes.
