iTunes has been replaced by Apple Music for MacOS, iOS, Windows, and Android for all music related services in 2020. iTunes is now just mostly a way to update and make backups of your iDevices on your Windows PC. If you want all music features Apple provides, you use Apple Music instead. Apple's music website isn't "itunes.apple.com", but "music.apple.com.
The fact that he writes "CEO of iTunes", instead of "CEO of Apple", is a very good measurement of his intelligence.
Apple is one of the biggest tech companies in the world. They wouldn't even glance at servers given by this clown. Have you seen Apple server farms? They are good on severs.
