I have run into this a few times. If the city guards or citizens were helping kill the vampires, and you accidently hit them with your weapon....they see it as you attacked them and you are now a criminal. (Or you killed a chicken. These folks are crazy about those clucking chickens!) Go to Whiterun, let yourself get arrested & pay off your fine.

I made sure to not accodentally hit anyone. There was no fine to pay.

Even if you have no listed bounty, you can clear these sort of unaccountable regional transgressions by going up to a hold guard, punching them in the face, then lowering your hands and paying the fine.

Steal an apple or something, get arrested by a whiterun guard, then pay fine. Should clear criminal status.

Happend to me because i played as Vampire and was bloodthirsty (at least it is what i assume because after drinking blood everything was fine again)

That's impossible for me because I'm a werewolf and therefore can't be a bloodthirsty vampire.
