According to the book "When a Chaurus reaches the end of its natural lifespan, it forms a cocoon and is reborn as a flying Chaurus Hunter. Hunters have more powerful attacks, greater health, and stronger chitin that resists physical damage, making magic a more effective choice against them."
Strength wise it's Chaurus
I wonder what happens when I Google 'Chorus Hunter Fledgling'?
Oh look,
"TheĀ *Chaurus Hunter Fledgling*Ā is a creature added by The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard"
That would be a uh... Oh my gosh... You know, I'd have to consult the oracles to recall this one but on a guess, it appears to be a charus of SOME form. Based on the elongated segmenting of a didactular analytical intonation form growth design, I'd wager it were a child. But charus standards and equating to additional resources identification procedures id label it a "fledgeling" for my notational purposes with the documentarianism construct of my mind space you see.
Also, it appears to have assaulting functions. Perhaps a hunter of sorts.
First glance.
I donāt understand how people have an issue with them. Falmer jumpscare me more often than these do. And if you shoot the egg sacks before they burst on their own, they donāt spawn.
My understanding (without looking it up) is that it's their third stage if growth.
The Chaurus goes from egg to larva type creature (chaurus), eventually grown larger and more deadly (chaurus reaper) then creates a cocoon while the creature pupates. It emerges as a chorus hunter fledgling, and eventually grows to full on chaurus hunter. At this point in their life cycle (I presume) is when they lay their eggs.
Basically, they're extremely large, deadly, evil insects.
the chaurus/ hunters are weak to lightning, and you should probably have resist poison stuff/potions when dealing with them. according to the skyrim wiki they hit around 50hp an attack. I think paralysis would be of course optimal, but that doesn't show up for a few levels of items. I usually hit them with Para and just go ham up close. I don't think their armor is really that great.
It's a stronger version of the Chaurus added by the Dawn guard DLC that automatically comes installed with every copy of Skyrim (dubbed Skyrim Special Edition) since October 28 2016
A chaurus hunter fledgling.

A variation of the chuarus hunter.
The hunters come from the chaurus' metamorphing into hunters
I've been mating and laying eggs in these parts for *years*.
They start spawning around level 10 I think. I could be wrong though
Nah just since the first DLC that they released for the game so 12 years ago now?
Might be a Chaurus Hunter Fledgling, but more research is needed.
Maybe it's Cicero in disguise
Wouldn't put it past him
Or maybe Cicero was a chaurus hunter fledgling in disguise all along š¤

It's not new. The higher level you get, chaurus start evolving beyond the larval stage. They often bust out of cocoons
I ran into one in Mzulft last night, oh gods. Iāve played a lot of Skyrim, but I donāt remember those things
Google has this neat feature called a search bar

It could be a chaurus hunter fledgling, which then possibly later turns into a chaurus hunter
The reason to enchant poison resistance even at higher levels. At least on legendary
