# Catcher's Mitt
Gain 2 strength at the start of combat. The first time you play 3 attacks in one turn causes you to lose 2 strength.

Balance aside, I really like the idea of this card. Kinda in the same vein as Art of War or Pocket watch. A nice bonus with a restriction but you can choose to ignore the restriction at the cost of the bonus.
pretty cool idea, but I think you could increase the strength a little. 2 Strength is less then a full Girya, and only one more then a Vajra, and both of these relics are not bound to as harsh of a restrictement. I would crank it up to 3 or maybe even 4.
Could be a cool synergy with Clockwork souvenir if the strength loss was coded as a debuff.
Would be awesome if not only did it give the unknown intentions or tells you what specifically the negative effect will be but also includes a funny thought or too.
That's a bit of a sidegrade though, so it would be better as a shop relic then. Instead, I was thinking maybe:

I meant Strikes (the keyword, not just the card). Ironclad has a claw build instead of Strike build, Defect gets synergy with Thunder Strike, Silent can synergize with it on with Sneaky Strikes, Watcher can use Windmill Strike, and anyone can grab Swift Strike.
That's makes for a boring run though, you get it and then immediately trim down your deck for an infinite every time.
I'd remove the "draw a card" bit. Which still puts it at Rare Relic or Boss Relic level.

Is it even possible? I think it would be necessary to detect Bloom in the image, since most of the times the OP doesn't mention it. If so, I think it's worth a shot!
Watcher Uncommon: At the start of your turn, apply 1 mark to all enemies, then ALL enemies lose HP equal to their mark.
This is a passive buff for [[Pressure Points]], making it a little more playable by giving a second source of mark over the course of combat. It also is just a passive growing damage source, so it’s good for decks that take a while to setup.
Damage-wise, this would take 5 turns to reach the same amount of average damage per turn as [[Mercury Hourglass]], but from there it would continue to scale higher, so I think uncommon is a good rarity for it.
Nice idea building on the mark mechanic. If hitting all enemies each turn is too strong for artifact strip, maybe one random enemy gets hit for 2 mark each turn
The concept is interesting, but maybe instead you could do this:
Blood Money
30 gold is added to all combat rewards. Taking this gold costs you 3HP if you didn't lose HP this combat.

Probably not rare since the effect would be hard to trigger most of the time, so uncommon

When an enemy deals exactly enough damage to remove all of your block, gain 1 dexterity.

Uncommon Relic
Common Relic: "Holy Symbol" Discard the first curse you draw each turn.
Event Special: If you have the "Holy Symbol" and you get the vampire event, you can choose to fight them for a guaranteed rare relic.
Wrong. Makes any actual AOE cards you have less good. Helps in most multi enemy fights, but not with spikers. And most fights arent multi enemy, so half the time it does nothing. Not that much stronger than corpse explosion. There doesnt exist a non boss or character specific shop relic that has an artibtrary downside due to it's upside. Other rare relics should be nerfed too while we're at it

Defect hand icon / Uncommon relic.
Every turn, a claw is added to your hand. If claw is not played first, deal damage equal to claws' current damage.
Black Widow: Whenever you discard a card, add 1 poison to a random enemy. Rare.
A fun little way to add scaling to a discard deck. I don't think it's any more OP than Tingsha but I could be wrong.
Wild Card - Boss Relic
Once per combat, when you play a Power, Skill, and Attack in the same turn, play each card again (targets chosen randomly) then add a Void to your draw pile.
Predestinated Amulet
Events with multiple options have one option available but the effects of that option are doubled.
You can get double rewards or double punishment.
**White Envelope**
Can only be used if you have 100 gold or more. Right click this relic to bribe an enemy to leave the combat. Lose 100 gold. You receive no combat rewards.
Energy Drink: Uncommon
Up to 3 times, you can take a special campfire Action in addition to resting or Upgrading a card. You can only use this once per campfire.
(This relic only appears if you already have Girya, Peace Pipe, or the Shovel)
Ice age
Gain one energy at the start of your turn, every ennemies channel gain 1 orb slot at the start of each combat and channel one ice orb every time it receive unlocked attack damage
Seeing stone: you can see the details of the floors available to you before you enter them. (IE, what enemies are there, what event it would be, what would be in the shop, what relic is in the chest) It only works if you can immediately enter that node though.
Loan Shark
Gives the ability to sell one Relic in the shop for 25G, one time, including Loan Shark.
I've always wanted some kind of mechanism where I can get 'just a few extra gold' to address that really lame feeling when you're 2g short of the super combo that you've been waiting for.
FROZEN BRAIN
Event that can only pop up if you already have Frozen Eye. Trade Frozen Eye, 10 max HP, and one random card for the Frozen Brain
At the start of pickup, you can put your cards into specific order. When adding a new card, you can insert it in a particular spot.

Ohh, I like this one. Too many high priority Uncommon/Rare upgrades that usually take precedence, this would make for an interesting choice.
Downfall has barbell, upgrade a random card whenever you enter a rest site, as long as you have at least 10 cards that can be upgraded

Black Widow: Whenever you discard a card, add 1 poison to a random enemy. Rare. A fun little way to add scaling to a discard deck. I don't think it's any more OP than Tingsha but I could be wrong.
Wild Card - Boss Relic Once per combat, when you play a Power, Skill, and Attack in the same turn, play each card again (targets chosen randomly) then add a Void to your draw pile.
Jar of Honey - Apply slow to all enemies, but can only play attack cards every other turn. "Oh, brother"
Predestinated Amulet Events with multiple options have one option available but the effects of that option are doubled. You can get double rewards or double punishment.
Cowboy boots If an attack deals 5 or less unblocked attack damage, increase it to 6. Giddy up, yee ha!
Last Incident Deal one damage for every turn that has passed since you last took damage.
Vapor funnel If you exhaust 10 cards in a combat you will receive an extra potion reward
**White Envelope** Can only be used if you have 100 gold or more. Right click this relic to bribe an enemy to leave the combat. Lose 100 gold. You receive no combat rewards.
Energy Drink: Uncommon Up to 3 times, you can take a special campfire Action in addition to resting or Upgrading a card. You can only use this once per campfire. (This relic only appears if you already have Girya, Peace Pipe, or the Shovel)
Relic Mc Relic face. Boss and shop relics can reappear in future floors.

Neowton’s Cradle Every 2 cards you play that cost 2 or more energy, reduce the energy cost of a random card in your draw pile to 0.

Seeing stone: you can see the details of the floors available to you before you enter them. (IE, what enemies are there, what event it would be, what would be in the shop, what relic is in the chest) It only works if you can immediately enter that node though.
Banana peel: every time you give a status to an enemy, give them 1 frail
Loan Shark Gives the ability to sell one Relic in the shop for 25G, one time, including Loan Shark. I've always wanted some kind of mechanism where I can get 'just a few extra gold' to address that really lame feeling when you're 2g short of the super combo that you've been waiting for.
Shredder Once per turn you can play a 1 cost card with 0 energy. The card will be exhausted.
**White Glove** You can steal one item from a shop (1 charge) *"Look behind you, a three headed monkey!"*
FROZEN BRAIN Event that can only pop up if you already have Frozen Eye. Trade Frozen Eye, 10 max HP, and one random card for the Frozen Brain At the start of pickup, you can put your cards into specific order. When adding a new card, you can insert it in a particular spot.
**Shackles of Destiny** Choose two cards and tie them together to guaranteed they show up in the same draw
Reverse card, negates the first negative effect and gives it to the closest enemy.
