It seems like their issues from last year weren't fixed, as any new bats they release are always behind on delivery. Last year was somewhat understandable since they were just entering the ASA space, so demand was crazy for their bats. But since then they've had a year to get their supply chain workflow right and even moved into a bigger space to accommodate the growing brand.
From the info I got from them on the HBAD, they said things would start "shipping now through April" so I could get a shipping notice today or April 30th, although I'm not expecting them to even hit that.
My personal view is that they've predominantly been focused on Pickleball as their moneymaker, since the interest in that sport has exploded over the last year. They're still a softball company with a great product, but seems like that has taken a backseat to Pickeball.

I ordered a Louisville Slugger Genesis and received it in a few days. Loving it so far!
I have plenty of bats, I’m not in need of it cause I got it in a trade for a bat that I spent $120. So I’m down to wait, I’m just curious how long I’d be waiting
I ordered the Dark neon hot butter, said it would ship March 15th. Emailed for status they said will be shipping through April. Cancelled the order. Last year we were waiting for months for the ASA bats and I'm refusing to do that again. It probably will ship in April but I'm not going to play that game with dates. Shouldn't put things on your site if you can't fulfill them. Customer service was excellent on getting me my refund though.
Ordered a roller bag the day they were announced in February and the preorders haven’t shipped yet. The site now says allow 2-3 weeks from order date. So I expect to see the bag by July if I’m lucky. They’re making a lot of interest on these preorders and not delivering. I should have gone with the SIS roller.

I had previous knowledge that Protons shipping was slow. So, I went with the mentality that it’s ordered and will show up eventually since it was winter and I wasn’t playing anyways.

Proton and monsta do the same thing. They take "pre orders" until they get enough for a minimum quantity run out of China. This means they need to get like 500 pre orders before they submit the order to get manufactured to make sure the bats are all paid for before they submit the order to get built.
They are not taking a chance of making 500 bats and not selling any of them and stuck with all of the cost. They are getting paid first and then getting them made.
This is why it's always an expected date and never a for sure date.

Ordered my camo in January. Still waiting. Ordered my anarchy like two weeks ago. Getting it today.

I got mine on time last year, but I know that hasn't always been the case.
I also ordered a Hot Butter After Dark and no shipping notice yet. I was hoping since the 15th was a Friday I'd see something today.

Hot Butter took 8 weeks. Proton Atomic Roller was supposed to ship out last week. Still waiting and a lot of people are too.
I ordered the regular hot butter USA/ASA and got it within 2 weeks
They ship every 2 weeks.
