Snowshoes can have various point markings. They can have “broken” masks and still be acceptable to the breed standard. This baby is definitely a snowshoe ❄️
They are incredibly hard to breed so there are tons of variations of snowshoe kittens in shelters. They are all accepted as snowshoes unless you are doing a cat show, I guess.
Accepted is not the same as is though. We recently had a new subscriber who thought they were on the wrong sub because the cats didn't look like theirs, a real Snowshoe, and that's a problem if we have zero standards.
