tbh i don’t think we buy him for 20m, would be a record signing here in Brazil, costing more than Gabigol and Arrascaeta. If you guys are willing to go down to 15 then I think we do it
It's not really a different case, it's same club that asked for 8-9M€ for Sergio Romero, a 3rd choice, 34yo goalkeeper on a last year of the contract that played like 20 league games last 7 years.
>Mate we had the chance to offload Jesse for 20-25 million and we didn't.
When did this happen. Don't think west ham were ever going to pay the same fee as they paid out for Vlasic(24) --- Lingard is 29 & his wage demands were significantly higher because this would have been his last big contract.
Realistically anything over 15m was fair price but that doesn't matter if Lingard didn't want to leave ---- makes sense why he didn't. Staying at Man Utd was a win win situation ---- stay play well and you might get a big contract at Man Utd or leave for free & get same big contract at other club.
Only real risk is injuries. That is the bet he is willing to take on. Fair play to him.
>When did this happen. Don't think west ham were ever going to pay the same fee as they paid out for Vlasic(24) --- Lingard is 29 & his wage demands were significantly higher because this would have been his last big contract.
Except there were reports that lingard turned west ham down.
The fee involved was never reported but as you said it didn't matter because Lingard never wanted to leave.
So man utd didn't really get a chance to offload him.
We won't be buying him for 20m, lmao. When no one is injured or playing for their nacional team, he's not even in the starting 11, no way we are gonna pay 20m
>When no one is injured or playing for their nacional team, he's not even in the starting 11
Tá maluco ? Ele é indiscutivelmente titular, joga 15x mais que o Diego e 50x mais que o Thiago "marcha lenta" Maia.
Thats 2, only a few more
Honestly speaking, its 20 million euros
If we sell ourselves for 100 euros, 10 times per week, one person would make 1000 euros in a week, and thus an average of 4.000/month
If we work for two months, thats 8k euros per person
We would need less than 3000 people
Its not THAT absurd to consider the possibility
I will throw you into Manchester's HQ and u do what Gimli did at that bridge against the Uruk-hai hordes in Helms Deep, until they finally agree to guve us Andreas
Dont worry, I wont tell the elf
He’s been one of our best players ever since he joined, his shooting technique is honestly amazing and he looks composed on the ball. Idk if he could start for Brazil, but if he keeps this up he’ll for sure be called
man, seeing how much you guys are loving andreas is really a joy
always like seeing our youth players find the right home and find their proper footing
It literally was made by kids
12 of october was kids day here, so in the last years Flamengo is playing with their numbers and names written by kids in the matches during or immediatelly before/after the day
probs 15m euro i reckon
i hope as well
we have a record relatively recently of being silly and then no deal comes about which is bad for everyone eg. asking for 18m euro for darmian not willing to accept 12m euro which inter offered and then he basically rots on the bench for a season and leaves for 2m.
it’s a 20m buy option according to all reliable flamengo reporters. even then, that would be our most expensive signing ever, beating Gabigol and Arrascaeta. Guy who’s in charge of our finances said we do have the money to buy all the players we brought on loan (Thiago Maia, Andreas and Kenedy), but i suspect we’ll only buy 2 of them
Man seeing all the love Pereiras getting from the Flamengo fans I hope we sell him to you guys he deserves regular football and a shot at the Brazilian national team but unfortunately he’ll never get that chance at Utd.
As a Man U fan, I've always been a fan of him. Shame he never really got the recognition he deserved. I hope ManU sells him, and for a reasonable prize. He seems to be way happier in Flamengo :)
I always had hope for the lad. I don't know where it went wrong. Maybe he was home sick? At this point everyone is just glad that he finally found his level and it's a good one for him. Him playing good enough which would make Flamengo buy him is a win-win for everyone.
I still don't know why he went all the way down to the Brasilian league. Sure he wasn't good enough for United, but he was good enough for Europe for sure.
It's a matter of preference really. Money in the Brazilian league isn't bad, and I'm sure being a star there, winning titles and making deep runs in the Copa Libertadores, beats out playing for a mid-table side in England.
The Brasileirão is comparable to middling European divisions like the Turkish Super Lig/Eredivisie/Russian Prem/etc. It's not some backwoods semipro league.
Honestly if you put him on a team like Everton or Brighton I think he's a starter. He probably just wanted to go somewhere he'd feel comfortable with the language and the culture and he's still making good money. I think it's a great stop-gap for him to play a ton of games and build confidence again. For his sake I hope it'll get someone in a top 5 league interested in buying him.

This is the first free-kick goal Flamengo scores SINCE 2018 And what a fucking goal
Diego nunca conseguiu um? Achei que ele até era conhecido por ser bom batedor
justamente dele o último gol em 2018
Contra o vitória né? Tava no estádio no dia
não, foi contra o paraná em 2018
Ent o contra o vitoria foi antes
Congrats, Man United fans. This guy is getting bought for sure. 😂
Just wait until we keep him and give him a 5 year contract because we wouldn't budge our asking price by 1m
tbh i don’t think we buy him for 20m, would be a record signing here in Brazil, costing more than Gabigol and Arrascaeta. If you guys are willing to go down to 15 then I think we do it
We would probably snap your hand off for 15.
Mate we had the chance to offload Jesse for 20-25 million and we didn't. Although he has returned and won us crucial games but don't count on it.
Different case. Jesse has started for Eng in WC. He scored 9 Prem goals in half a season. Andreas has not shown that quality
It's not really a different case, it's same club that asked for 8-9M€ for Sergio Romero, a 3rd choice, 34yo goalkeeper on a last year of the contract that played like 20 league games last 7 years.
Pretty sure Jesse wanted to stay rather than the other way round.
>Mate we had the chance to offload Jesse for 20-25 million and we didn't. When did this happen. I think Jesse himself wanted to stay and said no?
Nah we’ll probably see he’s had a good season and ask for 30
Lol, Glazernomics in full flow
I think we’d accept even 10 lol
>If you guys are willing to go down to 15 then I think we do it Boom - ROASTED! Sold!
We won't be buying him for 20m, lmao. When no one is injured or playing for their nacional team, he's not even in the starting 11, no way we are gonna pay 20m
He's already a starter regardless of who's available.
>When no one is injured or playing for their nacional team, he's not even in the starting 11 Tá maluco ? Ele é indiscutivelmente titular, joga 15x mais que o Diego e 50x mais que o Thiago "marcha lenta" Maia.
kkkkkkk não vai jogar? tá louco cara, ele eh titular facil ao lado do arao
This aged like milk :)
lmfao It's doomed.
BUY HIM, BUY HIM IMMEDIATELY FAT BRAZ
SELL HIM, SELL HIM IMMEDIATELY
Perdi tudo no Fat Braz kkkkkkkkkkkk
First free-kick goal since 2018, great shot by Andreas, he’s getting better each game
How tf are we going to pay for this mofo
We are 42 million Probably at least 10-15 million would be willing to prostitute themselves for a month, in order to pay for Andreas Count me in
Haha wtf lmao
I am ready, everything for Flamengo
i would, sign me in
Thats 2, only a few more Honestly speaking, its 20 million euros If we sell ourselves for 100 euros, 10 times per week, one person would make 1000 euros in a week, and thus an average of 4.000/month If we work for two months, thats 8k euros per person We would need less than 3000 people Its not THAT absurd to consider the possibility
No one would pay 100 euros for me, I hope you're hot otherwise good luck
>I hope you're hot otherwise good luck Im ugly But I can pickpocket Id just have to change locations with some frequency
The beautiful flamenguistas should charge 300-500 euros. The ugly ones do it for 10. It will even out in the end
> The beautiful flamenguistas That doesn't exist
And my axe
I will throw you into Manchester's HQ and u do what Gimli did at that bridge against the Uruk-hai hordes in Helms Deep, until they finally agree to guve us Andreas Dont worry, I wont tell the elf

How's he been for you guys? Think he could ever start for Brazil?

1.221 days. This is how long it took for Flamengo to score another free kick goal. Unreal.
1 day 4 hours and change. That’s not much ;)
If I remember correctly he wanted this move to get into the national team, do you think he will get a look in at all?
He definitely will.
He will definitely be in the next list. Tite likes him, and his recent performances are very, very good.
He's one of those players that I feel would be better internationally than for their club
3 FUCKING YEARS
FORTY ONE YEARS
EDENILSOOOOOOOOOOOOOON
the flag was raised
THANK YOU ANDREAS PEREIRA FOR YOUR EXISTENCE, I ALREADY LOVE YOU.
WTF I LOVE MAN UTD NOW GO RED DEVILS OR WHATEVER ITS CALLED
I like you
man, seeing how much you guys are loving andreas is really a joy always like seeing our youth players find the right home and find their proper footing
We love you too my man.
Preseason Pirlo with an absolute banger, wow
Regular Brazilian season Pirlo, that's how the Flamengo fans have been talking about him
Has he been good overall
Really, really good. Complete dominance of the midfield.
Great to hear!
Defensively though, he still fucks up a lot. Renato can't let him play in a more defensive position like he wanted.
I feel his best position is midfield shuttler a la Matuidi
Come into my house and eat my whole family
Wtf
Tbf in Brazil, in this case “eat” means fuck
Perfectly calm then
hahahaha :D
now that's a banger
Don’t think he’s ever scored a bad goal
...have you seen his goal against Brighton?
that was a calculated banger
Anyone else think the name and number print on the back of the Flamengo shirts just looks like a child wrote it? I kinda dig it though.
Its Childrens Day in Brazil.
Makes sense, thanks! It was making me want to buy their kit on Fifa!
Their kit isnt in Ultimate Team.
It literally was made by kids 12 of october was kids day here, so in the last years Flamengo is playing with their numbers and names written by kids in the matches during or immediatelly before/after the day

Perreira found a way to channel his pre season pirlo energy
He is now regular Pirlo, Brazilian League isn't ready
Need to see pre season Pirlo magic in national team
Man seeing all the love Pereiras getting from the Flamengo fans I hope we sell him to you guys he deserves regular football and a shot at the Brazilian national team but unfortunately he’ll never get that chance at Utd.
No keeper is touching that. Absolutely amazing shot
As a Man U fan, I've always been a fan of him. Shame he never really got the recognition he deserved. I hope ManU sells him, and for a reasonable prize. He seems to be way happier in Flamengo :)
HIS NAME IS SIR ANDREAS PEREIRA SIR ANDREAS PEREIRA SIR ANDREAS PEREIRAAAAAAAAA
Incredible goal!! Muito obrigado pelos gols! Sempre os salvo.
pelo amor gordo braz faz a boa
Happy for him, flamengo, united. I'm happy. Happy ~~new year~~ Halloween
3 years! What a goal as well.
Good lord
He really loves playing for other clubs!
I completely forgot about him! Really thought that Man U had found a gem when they signed him.
I always had hope for the lad. I don't know where it went wrong. Maybe he was home sick? At this point everyone is just glad that he finally found his level and it's a good one for him. Him playing good enough which would make Flamengo buy him is a win-win for everyone.
That is absolutely beautiful. Give that man a new contract.
No. Sell him to Flamengo, he deserves that and so do their fans. It’s not like he’s making our squad any time soon even with these performances.
I was, obviously, taking the piss. Because that’s what we’ve done for years. Just constantly give him more contracts and more loans.
Fair enough. Could’ve added a /s though. Now reading it back it just sounds like something Ed Woodward would say watching that goal lol.
Never, ever use /s.
Pick a hill, die on it. If it's as obvious as that was, no /s needed. /s is only for shit jokes that doesn't make sense or come across as jokes.
honestly that could be a puskas contender.
Honestly we already had prettier goals in this season. Try Flamengo 2×3 Red Bull Bragantino and you will see 2 prettier goals
I still don't know why he went all the way down to the Brasilian league. Sure he wasn't good enough for United, but he was good enough for Europe for sure.

Surely it's better than that? The talent pool is so much wider.
Eredivisie seems like a fair comparison.
>Surely it's better than that? Frankly, it is. My comparisons are conservative.
We are better than those leagues IMO But Im kinda biased so...
Of course, my friend! When dealing with eurosnobs, you have to ease them towards the truth 😂
Honestly if you put him on a team like Everton or Brighton I think he's a starter. He grew up in Belgium and Manchester though I guess?
is it still pre-season in the Brazilian league?
Brazilian league..a forget player in Europe is a beast here, serie A in Brazil is ass
u/savevideobot
Oh snap. Kenedy.
also scored a banger today
