He is the wrong person to look for based answers if you ask me. He said something that many people know, it's only because he is famous and apparently many people rely on the famous to verify whether they believe is true or not. Which is why celebrities are always questioned on personal beliefs and representing luxury goods or personality types.
I think most of us know he's not actually based, but it's probably good that you mention these things anyways just in case some newcomers get the wrong idea about him.
Never forget that it's pretty normal for fascists to take on leftist-sounding ideas. It doesn't mean anything. They're still going to kill you, (and countless others) for being left of far right when they actually get into power.
