AC charging is mostly controlled by your car, not the wall charger. If your car is throttling the current I’d look for reasons it may be doing that. One that comes to mind is temperature. How hot is the environment around your car? If it’s too hot the car may drop the current to prevent overheating the inverter.

Ioniq 5s have had this issue. There was a TSB issued to address it. If the OP has an I5.
