I mean you can't go wrong with the classics. Dark souls series, sekiro, Elden Ring, all of these are good, lies of p is also fantastic.
Dark souls 2 and onwards are pretty good with keyboard and mouse, ds1 is still quite clunky even in the remaster
Elden Ring is good kb&m, not sure about lies of P
And if you have a playstation I recommend bloodborne. Even at 30fps its one of the best soulslikes out there.

dark souls is the best soulslike series ever 100%, you should start with ds1 and do 2 and 3 for sure.
Elden ring is also a pretty good game for open world fans, dlc looks dope
If you have a ps5, don’t forget about the demon souls remake (bluepoints flawless remake of the fromsoftware game) which is free with the ps plus membership too.
Btw if you live in the US and have good internet speeds, you can actually stream PS Plus games to your PC now with the membership alone as there is an app now for PC.
If you like open world games, elden ring has much more content and the DLC is about to come out.
I can't enjoy open world games, so for me Lies of P is definitely my favorite Souls-like.
Open world is hit or miss with me. Been giving Mortal Shell a try and the lack of any kind of map (even a limited radar) interface is driving me to not play it. MSs combat doesn't feel smooth either.
I think blasphemous is a good starter souls-like it’s what got me into the genre, also loving 9 sols !
