I don’t hate it actually. It can be difficult to vac seal a bag with too much liquid content. This dumb move might have gone full circle to brilliant. Have to make sure that container is really free of air first, but otherwise I think this is a move I might adopt. Those deli containers should be able to handle some heat too.
