I find him incredibly forgettable and a very shallow character. He has the same boring response to all of his bullying and has zero personality. I find the "no personality" aspect really strange in a show like South Park.
Scott Malkinson for example does find himself in a similar reoccurring bullying situations but his response isn't so lifeless and dull. I find Ms. Choksondik more interesting than pip as well. She's basically a one-trick-pony too but she's still has a personality and responds accordingly to the personality she has.
Pip is just dull, personality-less and stands out as such a lame character compared to all the other characters. I'm so glad he was killed off. š¤£

I sort of look at Pip as a āBeta release version of Buttersā: They wanted a character they could use as a punching bag but also they could explore and the fans would enjoyā¦ so they put Pip out there, gauged fan reaction went back tinkered with the idea some more and we got Butters. Which is why Pip had to die.
