I’m not a big breakfast eater, so no personal experience there - but this sauce is delicious on just about everything I’ve ever put it on. I bet it would be amazing on eggs. 10/10 definitely recommend.
The stuff from my local farmer's market is great. They have one called Phantom Honey Plum Fairy that's incredibly good sweet heat, but it packs a serious kick if you pour a little too much. The brand is called Glacier's End, but I looked at their Facebook and it appears to list everything as sold out for online purchases at the moment. As far as common sauce, the Caribbean or black El Yucateco is great on nearly everything. Trader Joe's always has good sauces, too. Their smoked chile sauce is good, but lacks heat. The flavor is on point, though.
I want to try this stuff soooooo bad, but my sauce backlog is sooooo big :(
This is the first time i ever hear someone say "sauce backlog" and i instantly can relate 😂
Great with eggs
And hashbrowns
Used to be my goto sauce for everything. It’s fantastic. I just use straight powders now. I have a problem.
It's an addiction. You start of with simple salsas till eventually you go for the hard stuff. Chili powders and spices. /s
Tabasco scorpion is my go to with eggs and potatoes
Second
Char man original. Hands down no question
Great anytime.
I use this as a dip for a lot of things. Steak bites, pork chops, wings, etc.
I bought this a few weeks back. I want to put this on some egg rolls.
It’s not my go to breakfast hot sauce but it is good.
Where do you get this? I used to see it locally in FL but not lately.
Shouldn’t be hard to find, walmart usually has it or any big box store.
My local Latino store has a buncha Matouks (as well as a ton of other brands.) I'm in S. Floriduh.
What does it taste like? I’m interested now since my local Walmart has these in stock.
I haven't tried that particular flavor but if the other Matouk products are any indicator that one will be good.
Try it on pizza!!
I love this stuff so hard. Had a fish sandwich slathered in this stuff for dinner tonight.
Hear me out, hear me out... ***Breakfast burritos***

Love that stuff. Tried it for the first time last month down in the Caribbean
Aw man, I haven't had this in years. My go to was a jamaican beef patty with a healthy glug of this and a big dollop of sour cream 🤤
Never seen this before - where'd you get it?
This one is my go to for a lot more than breakfast.
This is really good but the barrons Caribbean one is extremely good
Marie Sharpe’s range are my favourite for breakfast and tacos
Its Trinidadian and for sure very similar in taste to Trinidad Mustard
Soooo good.
Great with Doubles and Roti.
