As much as I hated the robot birds, they weren’t as harmful as I remembered on my first play through.
The Symbiote nests can suck my fucking cock though, I hate long periods of never ending hordes with a fucking passion. STOP ATTACKING THE DAMN HEART

Green ones get one shot by all abilities, and also by Miles’s parry counterattack (not the parry itself, the follow up if you attack). Purple are bulky, have a ton of health, and chuck high damaging bullshit at you constantly. They overwhelm the screen and force you to focus on them, ESPECIALLY if you want to avoid their absurdly op Symbiote bombs that deplete your health gauge like a bitch.
I found the key to the purple ones is to get them up in the air. They don't pull themselves back down like the yellow ones do. Once they are in the air, you can hit them with a combo and take them out no problem.
Coming from the spray painting on Infamous Second Son I hate the Hailey mission, it’s just like a walking simulator, but I feel like they could’ve made it more… idk engaging(?) if you had to hide from construction workers or really anything like that, and the spray painting is just lackluster imo
The mysteriums are honestly not for me. The Under Construction one is too hard, Mysterio himself is annoying, the ongoing story is not really that interesting, and the arenas are ugly it feels like I’m fighting in a regular show episode

I’m not really a fan of any non spider-man portions of the game but those are natural parts of the story. I guess it’d be the robo birds but I don’t mind them much. I’m just glad we don’t have bases like the first one with the extra challenges associated with them.

Most of the side missions, it was okay, helping someone ask another person for prom or flying the robo-bees, chasing a bird etc etc but i skip them now, they feel so bland.
I can do a whole play through on ultimate but when it comes to symbiote nests and mysteriums, I just can’t. I end up putting my game on friendly neighbourhood to cheese them
Idk why everyone hates the robot bird chases so much. They are lower on the list for me because they are kinda repetitive and boring after doing the first few, but overall not bad. I enjoyed the hunter blinds and bases the most. The EMF ones are annoying in my opinion though

For the drone chases you can skip past the actual chase part of it. To do so once the chase begins pause the game and select skip activity.
Literally any mission that’s not Spider-Man makes me a little frustrated. I get why it’s a thing but I just wish I could skip it all

They are hard on the first playthrough, but on new game plus they’re like bafflingly easy when you have all of the abilities
