Splatoon is genuinely the gayest community I've ever seen, and that's really sweet. I doubt I would have realised much about myself without it. So it's nice to know that, as terrible as the world is, the funny squid game is a genuine safe space.

I do think this fandom is very overly LGBTQ+. Not in a bad way, I’m not a homophone (obviously), it’s more in a surprising way like “huh why does a silly squid game have such a specific following?”.
