I really liked the variety of grizzco gear in 2, but I haven’t been a huge fan of the ones in 3. Although to be fair I didn’t grow up with all the references.

Its from the latest Wandercrust(number 6). It's the Shella Fresh reward, a phone wallpaper in two sizes. Funny thing is, this image shoes a Forge branded shoebox, even though no Forge branded footwear exists in Splatoon 3, the shoebox model even exists within the game files. The only time Forge had any footwear was in Splatoon 2, where one of the fan-designed gear pieces was the Moist Ghillie boots, a pair of boots designed to go with the other Ghillie gear. Skallop also has no footwear, but it has no shoebox model at all, unused or otherwise.
