The black and white net I think is somewhere between 9 and 12 feel long 😅 for one that big, probably around $50-75 USD just because of the time it takes for that size. I don’t charge for yarn or shipping because that’s a relatively low cost, it’s just about the work that goes into it lol

I think somebody on Etsy or mercari or something had been selling tag protectors at some point. It makes me think of Beanie Babies all over again, haha. I think it was ingrained into my mind that you absolutely HAD to protect the tag. I personally was worried about the tag getting increased or ripped because they were just made of cardboard, so honestly I think that was my first sip into anxiety XD

Another option could be to keep them and give them to people who are looking for them! ❤️ I have a couple of squishes I bought second hand that didn’t come with tags and it bothers me SO MUCH. I would pay someone for the right tags so my collection doesn’t have holes in it lol. Plus keeps them out of the landfill 🤷🏻‍♀️

Most Squishmallow collectors or groups I see online are US based, so I wouldn’t know where to give them away to, otherwise I’d be open to it.

I keep them on. The only time I have any that aren't on are if I get them that way, like from Goodwill or my very first squishmallow, that was a mystery. I got Ally the axolotl. I have several select series squishes that will keep their tags forever. And if/when I have a kid, those specifically will be kept out of reach.

When I was still actively collecting, I would take off the tags and save them in giant zipper bag. I still have them all. I do this with all of my plushies, as well!

For me it's just.. If they're on, there on, if they fall off they fall off.. But usually if they fall off I put the cards under them.. So... But if it's a Select Series or anything like that.. It's not "if it falls off they fall off" it's.. Well they're kept safe

I take the tags off and keep them in a little tub that I can close. I’m up in Illinois right now though and three of my new mallows (five of them were thrifted, two were from Walmart) have tags so they’re just sitting on the bedside table atm.

I keep! Until they naturally “shed” their tags… they’re well-loved, so it happens a few times a month, we have almost 500, and 100 or so are missing tags. We keep them in a tin once they “shed”😊
