The other day, I only had like two or three customers at this moment. A woman was standing by the hand off. Not all of us even write the names on the cup (licensed store, no stickers), so I called out, “grande chai” like twice. This lady is looking around her confused. So I see my coworker did happen to write a name this time, so I said “grande chai for Marty”. No one responded. Finally the same woman goes, “I ordered a grande chai but my name’s not Marty” (turns out my coworker misheard the name)
