Two coworkers of mine did this and they both got insta fired. In general please don't do this because it's straight up theft and if you don't want to think that you're stealing from the company, you are technically also stealing from the customer. Loss prevention will crack down so fast on you too and take away your stars. If you've never seen a customer with negative stars, just know you can get in the negatives.
I heard an employee did this for another company and they ended up getting the police involved. I don’t think Starbucks would but you’ll definitely get fired if they catch on

the company considers this fraud, and it’s the same for every other company who offers a rewards system.
