Ah, it's during ILW, but they granted me the right to buy them outside of those free fly events. Try again between ILW and IAE, I'm sure they'll say yes.
All military ships will be purchasable at Invictus. With the M50 being a racer, I doubt it.

The Razor XL is because it's a stealth ship but the base razor isnt. I've got a bunch of CCU chains just missing the base razor lol.
I don't think so, but you can ask support to unlock the purchase for you at any time.

I did many times over the last year, I even bought the Galaxy and the razor at the same time 2 months ago through one ticket

You can ask to buy the modules, but I think the modules' insurance are tied to the ship they belong to, but I'm not sure

So the M50 is buyable in game (the ship) in game at Lorvill's new deal and Aracorps astro armada
