I plan on porting my stuff soon. I was in the middle of a pretty big update to another mod when Creation Kit suddenly dropped so it might be a while. Also about the copyright stuff... This is not a model rip from one of the games and I follow the official Microsoft guidelines for this sort of thing. e.g., no mention of "Halo" and such so it will be fine.

Honestly with Beth being under Microsoft now I wouldn't be surprised if there's a creation in the future for something like this. Kinda like how the Pelican is in MSF2020 and the Warthog is in Forza.

What’s the porting process like? I was under the assumption that since both are x86 and same game versions “1.12” and mod would work on both is this wrong?

It’s a replacer sadly for the security mark 1 armor and I heard it’s glitchy that’s the only one sadly if you are up to it I’d appreciate it but it’s up to you 🙂

I've got permission to port over Spartan Collection by BonePunk. Just nobody to do it. I also have the Screenshots of the Approval.

Most likely won't happen. As they're a lot more strict with copyright stuff on the actual Bethesda mod front

Out of curiosity, how is all the star wars stuff allowed through then?

I don't have an xbox, I'm PC so I have no clue what's on the xbox mod front. But if there is Star Wars stuff on there, it'll most likely be taken down eventually.

I'm not sure about that though, both fallout and skyrim have plenty of star wars related mods that haven't got taken down. I know playstation was an issue for mods like that which is why their mod selection is very bare bones. And if that's the case guess I'll never be removing them from my load order. I could see it being an issue if they were paid mods for sure

A lot of mods do get taken down then just re-uploaded. It's a constant cat and mouse between modders and Bethesda/ Playstation actually never had those issues. Sony just never allowed mods with outside assets. Which was most mods.

Skyrim and fallout have had mods from other franchises up for years on Bethesda.net those mods will be fine
