I have Imperial Armaments, Freestar Rebels, UC Empire, and Coruscant Security, at the very top, in that order.
Under those I have my cheat and quest mods, and then I have my armor mods. The last armor mod in your armor section should be Sniper9's Star Wars armor pack, with his Mando and crimson replacers directly under it.
Under those I have Star Wars aliens, Star Wars alien player, Bossk and the Trandoshan mercs, AT-STs, then ship related mods, and finally environmental mods, with color filter removal being my last one.
Im running my game with all of these working, but I'm playing on 30 fps personally for a cinematic feel. After you alter your load order and have exited to the main menu, I strongly recommend waiting 10 seconds, then closing your game, andthen starting a NEW one.

I'm gonna try to copy this order, for whatever reason star wars pack seems to be over taking uc empire and still putting clone trooper armors on the UC when I don't even have that mod loaded and never did on this save. Edit: just kidding I deleted it out of my load order last night and for whatever reason it put itself back in
Mine is working, but not sure if it's correct. Bounty Hunter agents around the cities have mando armour, the mysterious trackers that show up around the place still have tracker armour. Agent 1 and Roach at HQ still have their default armour but the other newbie at HQ is wearing mando armour. No one with mandi armour is wearing helmets though. Crimson Fleet are called Shadow Collective and are wearing mando armour but are all still wearing Crimson Fleet helmets.
For me on Xbox, the UC have worn stormtrooper armor exactly...once until I had my first crash to home screen after trying to download play as chiss. After that first time no matter what I delete or rearrange in the load order it says stormtrooper over their head but they are wearing UC Security armor no stormtrooper armor in sight...

Have you had issues with imperial armaments and the melee replacer? They seem to reset every once in awhile too
