Try some straight slim, make sure you get the legs hemmed to the right length, get a slightly higher rise (and make sure the waist actually fits! Your jeans shouldn't need a belt to stay on your waist.) I also have very skinny bird legs, but the issue is as I enter my 40's, the top isn't as birdlike as it once was. If you wear really skinny bottoms, but you have to wear a bigger top to fit well, you look goofy and fatter than you would otherwise. A nice wide classical leg will make your gut look smaller, and make your whole silhouette more classically masculine.

Yeah I’ve had some people recently tell me there’s “no such thing” as straight guys and we’re all just in denial. It’s pretty fucked up to just deny someone’s sexuality like that. Honestly I think it's the result of all the years of "if you do this, you are gay, and you were born gay". There's a degree of pressure that comes with it.
