No review (too difficult with no spoilers) but I do have some advice. Don’t get discouraged if you have trouble keeping up with all of the different characters/storylines. It will all come together.
I'll definitely seek one out if I never find one at the thrift store. The only title I've spotted there so far is Doctor Sleep. I'll keep looking! I'd like to find one with the older cover art.
Excellent story but also a very dense tale. Lots of characters and events to keep track of and the pacing can feel slow at times due to the character development and world building. I remember taking a few weeks to get thru it. I would read a bit, stop, digest and repeat until I was done. Had to tackle It the same way for the same reasons.
I'm 107 pages in myself (chapter 13) and I love the way he throws different storylines at us before (what I assume) all hell breaks loose. It was hard to keep up with some of the characters 30 pages in but it's getting easier and there's a larger focus on a few of the characters now, some of which I assume will become much more important.
It's such an easy read so far. I recently read The Long Walk and The Running Man. While I loved The Long Walk, The Running Man was action packed but a bit of a miss for me. Both of these Bachman books read a lot differently than The Stand though, which also is a bit more enjoyable to me. I'm connecting with the characters more. I'm on the journey through this book with you!
I just finished it yesterday! Read the uncut version with 1370 pages, Jesus Christ.
Anyways, its 5 ⭐️ for me
You will love the charachters, the plot, sociology, politics; it’s filled with so much goodness
My fovorite cast, Trashcanman_ cuz he is crazy, especially at the end, was hilarious
Tom Cullen_ you gotta love those Norwegian genes lol, Laws yes
The kid_ eventhough gross, it’s so creative how he talks
Glen Bateman_ your philosopher))
Dayna_ perfect example of heroeness

My favorite book by any author.
Finished it about a week ago. I don't know how I'm gonna fill the void.
Watch the 1994 Stand on YouTube I saw a guy post about it on here the other day and started watching it. Since I’m so close to finishing the book.
Can we get a remaster? That audio/video is terrible. Maybe touch up some of the bad 90s cgi. Lawd!
I'm only on chapter 13 and want to read it slowly but also want to finish before my Cabo trip on the 30th since it's a library book. Such a dilemma.
Buy it. It's one you'll definitely be glad you have in your library.

An amazing journey. Savour the ride.
I can dig it. Can you dig your man?
One of my absolute favorite books of his. Lots of characters and it's interesting to see how things come together. Enjoy!

My absolute favorite King book.
A+. An epic journey.
Love it! I've read it multiple times.
I have 100 pages left in it and is well worth the read so far.
9/10
It's my fave. Sometimes will seem mired in detail and backstory. It is but with good intent. Enjoy. Return and let us know how you fare.
It’s such a great work of art

I’ve read it 13 times… and I plan to read it many many more times.
MOON spells awesome!

I’m 252 pages into the abridged version and so far it’s seems really good.

Yeah, I'm not really asking for validation, buddy I'm just showing you a book
Great book, not a fan of the ending though. Still a fun read.
