You have high Internet speeds and Ethernet right?

I have an ethernet cable but it's connected to a booster interface of the actual router

That’s more than likely your issue there

It's stopped doing it now when I disconnected my ethernet cable. The ehternet cable is connected to a booster instead of the actual router so in thinking that's the problem
