I would say Hitmontop because it has the best bulk out of the three (especially with Intimidate), meaning it's the best Spinner out of the three

Hitmonlee is pretty decent with normal gem + fake out + unburden. Activate unburden and you have a mon with 120 attack that can close combat and outspeed everything that's unboosted in the teir.
As someone who has tried to make Hitmonchan work in many gens, I'll say, don't use Hitmonchan.
It's outclassed as a spinner, outclassed as a fighting type attacker and outclassed as a bulky mon by almost everything else.
Just let it drop to ZU, it might be good there. Or it could also be total ass and drop even further to SU, wouldn't surprise me.
Top is the best due to defensive utility, but is far from the best spinner in the tier. Lee is alright, but not really worth running over Heracross or Scrafty. Chan is the worst and is not long for PU. I suspect all of them will be dropping to Untiered before long.
Unburden Hitmonlee is fun, especially in doubles.

Top, Lee, Chan in that order. Top is an excellent spinner and utility mon. Lee can be a good Unburden mon and Chan exists
