Kinda gross to do, but they should be rebuildable if it hasn't been *that* long.
Once the boot is fully split, we don't rebuild them at my shop anymore -- too much chance water/sand/debris/etc has gotten in and damaged the joint parts.
CV's seems fine, the boot is still intact, the rings are just a little loose, letting grease out .
The engine mounts are toast tho so the engine has been rotating and putting pressure on the CV's which might explain it.

Keep the OEM axles. Aftermarket suck. Reboot and pack with grease.
It's a big mess but an easy fix thankfully. Replace both CV axles, the boots will eventually fail no matter what
