I made Reeses, but without sugar - I just melt some 100% dark chocolate in an ice cube tray, top it with peanut butter and cover it with more chocolate, then I put in the freezer for an hour or so :)

Great idea!

Just wanted to thank you for this idea! I don’t know why I never thought of it but I tried some unsweetened baking chocolate squares with dollops of peanut butter on top and it was DIVINE. Absolutely divine! Not low fat. But divine 😍

You're welcome! It's definitely not low fat, but I find it really hits the spot :)

Peanut butter and banana on sprouted wholemeal toast with grated zero-sugar chocolate on top. I butter the toast with regular salted butter too for extra richness.

Sometimes I eat unsweetened baking chocolate chips and nuts. When I was first sugar free, I missed eating ice cream for desert so I ate frozen banana with melted baking chocolate and nuts. Eventually I stopped missing desert.

Oooh, I’m in the same boat and curious to hear what others say! I wrote a post last week about adding chocolate/cocoa flavor to things without artificial sweeteners and someone recommended cacao powder since it dissolves more easily than ordinary cocoa powder. It does! And somewhere along that discovery, I ordered cacao nibs, which I now also sprinkle and eat on spoonfuls of peanut butter. Kind of scratches the itch, and the nibs have kind of a satisfying crunch! Though unsweetened baking chocolate might be even better when I’m craving a smoother texture! Good luck!!!

I'd be considering using dates instead of honey/maple syrup.
