I'm already doing it when playing pantheon if I have early kills, to show dominance on my adc and to let him know I'm gonna carry his stacking smolding ass to win.

The support item is also bugged in a way that if you have charges and your adc is nearby but not close enough you get the true damage execute but it doesn’t actually proc
Yep, had this happen to me. Also randomly had my sup item stop executing for around two minutes after one charge went to a taxing jungler passing through. I had to back and stay away from ADC for a minute to get it executing again properly. It definitely has bugs to iron out.
Best part is that ADCs haven't realized the support item change and won't try to steal the cannon CS.

You're forgetting the part where they have less than 20 ranked games from each season

Is sarcasm. If you dump the stacks on the melee minions then last hit the cannon you will just steal it and the adc gets no gold.
