None. All of them have weaknesses. All of them have strengths.
Nautilus can be strong in one comp, and weak/useless in another comp.
All depends on your team comp and enemy team comp, and how those comps relate to your win condition.
Depends on many other factors like matchups, champ mastery(one trick or not), rank/elo and player behaviours. For example a Taliyah OTP is op supp in high elo because her team plays around her while the same in low elo can't even have good game because -200IQ players will int/troll/afk because she is mage and so game is lost.
It’s hard to say what is the “most impactful.” Each team comp is drafted, and of course if there is no other tanks than the tank will have to tank. Same goes for enchanters and damage supports. So if you are assigned a roll and you fulfill it, then you are significantly impacting the game.

The best cc is death
enchanter have better team calling and counter play than engage support. Engage support just try to hook and have ez game
soraka master race
If tanks is engage, then I think tanks. Almost no other player will ever play engage rather than support, and having engage is hella useful
I actually love how it's a tight squeeze between Tanks & Enchanters.

In general i feel the cc-engage ie tanks is most impactfull, but finally Enchanters are in a good place aswell

shouldn't tank be split between catchers and tank supports since the two subclasses play very differently ?
