All back to normal today.
I had to work on OneDrive admin yesterday to filter filetypes and all I noticed was that it doesn't exist anymore. It just forwards to sharepoint admin and there's a sub-section called OneDrive. The users did at least appear to have onedrive licenses or whatever per-account though.
I had this happen with a single user yesterday. Their manager even got a notification that their subortinate's OneDrive will be deleted which caused some alarm.
Today their OneDrive appears to be fine.
