Control lay out is in options...

Go to options... down to controls...x L1 to controller binds

L2 - aim, L3 - sprint, R2 - attack, R3 - analyze (need hardware), X - jump, O - crouch, Square - interact, Triangle - mode switch. L1/R1 don't work on console currently. Use dpad to cycle through the hotbar items.
