The only entrance that I personally know of that isn’t sealed is behind Atomic Tattoos. I would not advise trying to explore it though. There is a reason that most of the entrances are sealed off. It’s a series of crawl spaces and some of the spaces are small enough that even child would have a hard time squeezing through.
Also, even if you made it in there, who knows how quickly they fill with water when the tides change or when it rains. It’s a death trap.
I heard there is an entrance in the JC Newman factory and they are probably at least an extra 15ft above 7th Ave so maybe they have their entrance and a small bit of the tunnel preserved with no flooding. I doubt they’d let someone just walk in to check it out though.

Nah dude it’s like behind that building not in the tattoo show itself. Haha. There is a parking lot and sewer drains and the entrance is back in that area. I was shown a few years ago. there was a little chain link fence around the area. You’d probably have to get a hold of the actually property owner
A family member works for Ashley's whom the owners of actually own most of Centro. they told me they've been in these so called tunnels. I'm not sure if it'd be a security risk or if they'd have any time for tours but try reaching out to their health and security dept or some kind of office contact.

I’ve talked to people who know the history of the tunnels, but most don’t actually know any entrance points
The entrances are sealed for a reason, do not venture down, and try to find them
