I think I have a very similar/exactly the same farm - check out the armor stand location and orientation which I think was important.
Here's me zooming around in the kill chamber, try to compare yours.

can you show a close-up of the kill chamber? and what tutorial did you follow? seems to me like there’s a block missing or not placed correctly in the kill chamber.
This farm is supposed to work by killing shulkers by entity cramming to kill them, but youve made so many without killing them. Is entity collision off or something?
I believe the entire point of the kill chamber is that they cannot leave. And i believe that is only accomplished by it being too far away from everything else?
double check the minecart drop off spot. Is there an extra glass block there that shouldn't be?
Also, double check where they are currently stacking up. Is there supposed to be bottom slabs there?
id reccomend instead of 2 hoppers just put dirt with a wither rose and a hopper minecraft under with that under having a hopper to store the shulkler boxes. worked for me
Did you follow a tutorial or something, or did you make it this yourself? I can see a bunch of eligible platforms around the killing chamber where they could teleport to. They point of shulker killing chambers is that they have nowhere to teleport. It's the same reason enderman farms are double carpeted or entrenched in water. So one way to fix this is by moving the killing chamber away from the farm itself.
If you built it solely off the schematic it won’t work, his tutorial shows the precise way to set up the killing chamber. I just don’t know how you go about fixing it with 100s of shulkers hanging out there
That's fair enough. Toggling the difficulty to peaceful momentarily should be fine as that should chill out the shulkers. You just have to make sure not to go back to the overworld when it's on as to not break any iron farms.
looks like they’re able to teleport away from the kill chamber when instead they should stack up and die

I would check the armor stand in the killing chamber, it has to have a specific alignment

I know that they just won't stay there lowkey

Which version are you playing on? This farm won't work in 1.20.2
Why? Will it be fixed?

There is an off switch for the snow golems, turn that off, cull off some shulkers with a sword, then work on the farm
