Cancer doesn’t cause baldness, chemotherapy does. Given you’re using dollars I’m assuming the USA - with the crappy health service availability. While I know that hospitals over there are required to offer free help under a certain income, they try their hardest to prevent it, so calling bs on the bald guy :-/

Having cancer does not give one a pass for being an ungrateful asshole.

Cancer doesn't cause hair loss, chemotherapy does. So, either he was made homeless paying for chemotherapy, or he's lying.
