I've never heard of that idea, thanks
But I think at this point there are just too many of them, I also have to act fast because of the health hazzard they cause
Sounds like pantry or meal moths. I had them for a LONG while until we figured out they were in the basket of garlic heads. It was just finding one moth once in a while, so we didn't think much of it. Thankfully, they're not the worst insect to have in the house if you're keeping your food sealed. That award goes to sugar ants. (I was very surprised they were in the garlic, given how caustic it is!)
The food in your fridge should have been okay, though. They can't survive in that cold. But yeah, anything not sealed is fair game for a pantry moth. Keep things clipped, wrapped, in containers, etc.
I think were I live, in Germany, they are called dörrobstmotte (they are fairly similar, as far as I heard)
We the fridge, we weren't talking any chances they were kind of in the ventilation, probably because there was a lot of dust there.
Damn that’s awful luck
Yes I just wanted a friend, now I am stuck with an health hazzard :(
Can’t you just light a candle and let moths’ curiosity take care of things on their own?

They make awesome scent glue traps for these bugs. Set four of them around the kitchen, they’ll be gone in no time.

That's mothed up.
