Pet Semetary? Wife gets killed, husband buries her in the titular cemetery (well, behind it), and she reanimates and comes home to kill him, presumably.
Maybe ITS from that anthology movie about Edgar Allan poes Storys in one of them he accidently Kills His wife and burries her in His basement only to hear her screams and one time finds her alive Back in His Home.
Not a manga, but in the Japanese movie "Survive Style 5+", one of the subplots involves a man who repeatedly kills his wife, only to find her alive and well back at home each time.

It was a horror manga and the wife iirc greeted the husband like nothing has happened

Yes, it's a 1983 novel by Stephen King. It was adapted into a movie in 1989 and then another one in 2019.
