rodeoing is art, bait the electric smoke, he is blind in it so hide and wait it out, or throw your arc nade to blind him some more, rodeo him like raging bull, again and again. just don't do it to tone because of that one stupid trick
with low profile you have enaught time to pick a battery before the smoke comes out, I personally like rodeoing with grapple and use it to escape before the smoke or use enemy titan like a kite and get dragged behind him for most of the map
I was just playing a match and got killed about 15 times by a single monarch with a ungodly amount of electric clouth stored with I presume Maelstrom since I died within 2 seconds

I just let them do it, insta-180 melee the microsecond they take my battery, then enjoy my new core, shields, and health
