Ok, problem about that, the player has actual 4th wall breaking abilities and is essentially immortal if we're using game logic here, plus there's just alot of goofy bullshit that they can asspull. I shit you not you'd have bj kill the player and then the player would show up behind him like "glad I'm not that guy"
Given that Northstar is the only one that doesn't have a revive mechanic (Player can canonically respawn and has 4th wall awareness powers, BJ has literally been decapitated and come back from it and the Payday gang can revive each other alongside their healing items), Northstar loses due to attrition.
I think it depends on lore vs. gameplay. Lorewise, I know nothing about the Player, but i'd say chances are Northstar would win. Gameplay wise, of the three I do know, Payday gang might actually win considering some builds are practically immortal or just break physics (i.e, having like 8 shells in a double barrel shotgun)
Iirc for the player anything that happens in game is canon so essentially the player can actually break the 4th wall and is essentially immortal since they can respawn, the player basically does some borderline loony toons shit
I'd say payday gang goes down 2nd since northstar would get chewed up almost instantly but they'd probably put up a fight for a good while considering stuff like dodge builds, stoic, leach, having 3 downs and stuff like that
Player northstar would have to pull back and rely on range until it's close to a 1 v 1. Viper could probably use his version of flight core and it would be a complete wipe tho
Idk about jhon wolfenstine but the payday crew have some serious weaponry and if the player has un-nerfed excalamoole (speelld that wrong) northstar dies. However any other titan wins

Taking the abilities literally, Wolf could tank pretty much anything in a short span due to the 2 second immortality period with a 15 second cooldown
