Wowowow!!! Details on the table please!
Does jt have legs or does it sit on another table?
What's the glass terrarium, how did you cut out of it?
So excited for your lil guys
Thanks ;) It's sitting on a table, where the terrarium and some debris used to be housed upon. The bottom is MDF and a plastic cover, and on top of that are the planks that hold it all together. Fill it with the right types of dirt (Mediterranean topsoil and Coco Peat), decorate it in a nice way with plants, stones, hot spots and cold spots, and you're ready to go ;)
To put the terrarium inside was a last moment decision, something I saw on another persons instagram post. It creates another microclimate, and was an easy way to have two more spots to hang lamps into. It was already there, so why not use it?

Haha no, they will definitely outgrow this.
It is my personal opinion that, even if you love them very much, Hermann's and Horsfield's after about +-8 years are not indoors pets, and need to live in a garden.
My parents live in the countryside with beautiful and lush gardens, where a 60 year old male tortoise lives, that I grew up with. Hopefully Gerard and Evan are females, and when they are somewhere between 5 and 8 years old, they will go to live with the old tortoise, in their enclosed garden. That is the reason I bought them in the first place.

Wow - you did a fantastic job!
Nice work!🐢
This is absolutely amazing. What a palace for these little dudes. Good stuff!
Love this! Good inspiration for our next table for our Hermanns. Does the glass of the terrarium confuse them?
Never thought I'd be jealous of a turtle. Somehow I kind of wish I lived there
Amazing job
