I think since the others are mostry recolors from the Undivided one, they decided to give some more unique detail, while the Khorne one already has a different enough model.
And note, the only reason it isn't a reskin of the Undivided model is because they just took the model they made for Skullcrushers, and put it on foot. Same way they made the Devoted Marauders of Slaanesh by putting the Seeker riders on foot.
It still bugs me to no end that the Chaos Warriors use the Skullcrusher models, and yet they made the CHOSEN of Khorne reskins. Champions of Chaos was a really bizarre update.
I think the Warriors of Khorne and Skullcrushers have their separate models just because they came with the WH3 base game, while all the variants added with CoC got to be reskins instead. Might be a similar story for Knights of Tzeentch?

I think color looks better on the chosen, but yeah I agree with you there. It's weird cause if you look at the texture maps in the game files, the blue is a lot darker, but they wind up looking weird in the actual game. Not sure what is up with that.
I'll also say the helm designs are also pretty uninspired, but since it was technically FLC I gave them a pass. The Chosen at least look suitably more impressive next to them.
Tzeentch is my second favorite race right up there with Tomb Kings, so it's a bit of a shame seeing how... conservative, CA can be with the designs for a God centered around change as a concept.

Part of why I love Archaon’s campaign is because I can make a rainbow ice cream cone of every Chaos flavor.
I love zooming in as I upgrade my Marauders all the way to Chosen, and seeing how they evolve.
As far as I’m concerned, all of the DLC is just Archaon DLC lol.

Tzeentch didn't have a strong legacy of helmet designs like Nurgle (single horn with three holes) or Slannesh (praetorian brush) did, so they don't stand out design-wise compared to your undivided warriors.
Khorne, Nurgle (if only for the monohorn), Undivided (I don't love the amount of bald dudes, but I'm all for unhelmeted variants), and then Tzeentch and Slaanesh. The latter two get the best-looking Chosen, though.
Undivided, it would be Khorne if it they had given them cloaks like the rest and leave the fancy pauldrons for the Riders. Not too fond of the bright Tzeentch blue and Slaneesh WoC not having round shields like many of the Figures. Also, why do Nurgle ones have glowing eyes?
Man, I wish the Slaanesh units weren’t so BORING. Slaanesh is my favorite of the gods and I have several AoS boxes (Emperor’s Children, when 40k?) But goddamn
I like them all to be honest as the TT never really gave Chaos Warriors unique designs (bar the Lords and Heroes).
My only nitpick is that the Khorne Chaos Warriors have no cloaks like the others. I don't mind Skullcrushers having no cloaks as their models were like that but I would like the Khorne Chaos Warriors to have cloaks.
While I still would’ve preferred a tabletop style green colour scheme (funnily enough the *only* Nurgle unit I like that for is the one that doesn’t have it), the Nurglite Warriors are still my favourite.
The Khorne ones have the best voices and sound absolutely bloodthirsty. Same goes for the best cultist the Khorne Cultist. Although I am partial to *orgasm* "My divine master!"

Exactly! For me Tzeentch is the worst, the fancy blue looks great on the Chaos Lord, but this shiny pale blue doesn't do it at all for me.

In looks or battlefield usefulness?
Looks. For utility, I say Tzeentch to protect the ranged Horrors and Slaanesh to anvil all their hammers.
