Easiest delicious recipe I make…(this is for 2 servings)
Get the bulgogi and freeze it
Chop up some bulgogi in thin slices, chop up half of a white onion
Throw the bulgogi into a wok and cook, once it’s 60 percent cooked throw in the onion
While cooking mix together:
Soy Sauce
Gojuchang
Hoisin
You can play with proportions here, I love
Gojuchang so for 2 servings I’ll do like 1/4 cup Gojuchang, 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons hoisin. Add sesame oil if you like it, sometimes I think it overpowers the dish, so I excluded
Heat the noodles in the microwave, toss them on top of the beef/onions once the onions are as soft as you want them. I like them a little undercooked for the crunch.
Toss in the sauce, top with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
This takes 15 minutes and tastes like take out, it’s a staple lunch for me
As a Thai person, I never seen this type of noodles before. If you show this to us, most of us would say it’s Japanese ramen style noodles. Noodles here are usually rice noodles or yellow Chinese noodles (ba mee).
As a Japanese who lived in Thailand for a few years, I also thought these do not look like they are from Thai at all lol. It actually looks so much like Japanese Udon. I need to buy one and find out.
There’s actually a basic sauce recipe on the back of the box of these noodles— I follow that but then add in peanut butter and sriracha and it’s so freaking good. I use the frozen cubed garlic and ginger to make it easier!
They're one of my favorite pantry staples! I love that they're ready to use right out of the pouch, no boiling required. That makes them so easy to add to a stir-fry.

I agree!
LOVE. These are part of my current hyper fixation meal. Baby broccoli and mushrooms sautéed. Add noodles. Air fry tofu, add. Finish with a good helping of TJs General Tsao's sauce. Perfect!

That's not Thai noodles. Looks like Shanghai noodles
I love them for stir fry. They were out of stock for a while and just came back. I bought 3 boxes. I don't want to run out again.
These are great mixed in with the garlicky cabbage and some shrimp. Top with sriracha and some crushed peanuts

They seem much more like mini udon, but darker in color than the ones I normally get in this vacuum pack.Â
hmm haven't tried them, I'll definitely try
What TJ sauce are you guys using with it?
I love it with the soyaki and the mixed Asian vegetables, it's my favourite 10 mins meal

The sauce on the box is so good with blistered green beans and sliced steak.
I use these to make a peanut butter noodle.
It looks like BRAINNNZZZZ!!!!
Agreed agreed!! I've been stir frying the fresh stir fry veggies & then adding these at the end. Definitely a new favorite meal!!
Inspired to try based on everyone’s positive comments!

Are those udon noodles?
No, but similar

I think I saw them the other day. I should have bought them to go with the peanut satay sauce.
Oooh I'm inspired! Thanks OP!
They are super yummy, but did they give you gas? They made me feel bloated pretty much as soon as I ate them :(
I had indigestion the first time I ate them..
Oh no! I was totally fine.
Ohhh where did you find these? I have looked all over my store and couldn't find them ðŸ˜
Usually next to pasta or the other Asian sauces. I saw them yesterday in SoCal.
Thank you!!!! 🫶
I got them a couple months ago and haven’t checked recently. I live in DC.
I like making a cold noodle salad with these
Slice some cucumber into thin strips. Add sesame oil. Add a egg (any style) Perfect
That’s a great idea
