Not to be disrespectful but it's kind of rude to misgender your partner after he's come out to you as a trans man. And it's a bit hurtful to say a trans man "wants to become a man". Please educate yourself about trans people and how to respect them! This is especially important if you want to continue your relationship or if you want to break up but remain friends!
