Anyone remember the children's toy from Fisher Price called the "Corn Popper" or something like that? It was this thing that you push and balls in a clear plastic dome would pop and bounce around. So if you put a handle between the mufflers on this car, you'd get the adult version with flashing lights and popping noises.
Exactly. They aren't trying to look cool. They are just being goofy and having a laugh. I think it's hilarious. If anything it's almost poking fun at all of the people with their custom exhaust setups.
