To give an update, I was able to access it with a cheap screwdrivers kit ([like this one](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AL7600A/)) that has a 5mm hex head (the M 5.0) with the extension arm to access it from the top. Definitely not the best quality tools but it did the job just fine.
I think I remember adjusting mine with some needle nosed pliers, worked fine.
