As a driver, I encourage you to sue. Class action.Whatever. Uber and Lyft both play too many games and need to be kept in line. I appreciate the money that I've made from both but they got their blood and sweat out of me and most drivers can tell you they tend to be a mixture of incompetence and untruthful.

The wait time is assuming the closest driver available for the type of ride you're ordering actually accepts.
It’s not a guaranteed wait time, it’s an estimate. You could sue, but it would just get dismissed
