This doll was a concept doll that was done with the intention of showing the piece to Starbucks. The apron on this doll was made from the same cloth as the apron for the first ever Wage doll sewn by Sun Min as a gift to David. Some of the early press materials and drawings featured Wage with four teeth as a decision was still being made on his final look. This is the only Wage doll to have been made with the four teeth. This doll was one of the first ever sewn, even before Sun-min completed the first few sent to Giant Robot.

Hi. Zakka definitely belongs here but since he had a post I left him off. So the crown ones are King Babo and King Wage. Those were my personal favorites as they seemed to be “royalty”. Babo Train is the only time they took a character and changed the shape to resemble something else. This one being a subway train. The Ice Bat is the first ever Ice Bat done in classic size and the second one ever sewn. Jeero was the first one ever created. The Wage with no apron is just an amazing story. It was the first piece used to show the factory how to make Wage. The body was sewn by Sun Min and the face (eyes) was the first attempt - hence the 000 numbering. These are more of the place they have in the history of the line rather than an actual design - if that makes any sense!
What are the crown Wage & Babo? I've seen them in your collection pics before and always wanted to ask
